Which plan you are on depends on how your business is shaped (a single owner, an operator running several properties, or an agency holding money on behalf of owners), never on how many properties you have. There is no annual contract and no discount for paying upfront.
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the rest of your billing period, and downgrades take effect from your next cycle.
No commission, no platform fee, no transaction fee from Lettiva. The only cost is Stripe’s standard card processing fee, which goes directly to Stripe. Every penny of your booking revenue is yours.
No setup fees as standard, and nothing to pay until your site is live and you are happy with it. Onboarding is free on every plan. We also offer an optional premium migration service (£250) if you would like hands-on help importing your data, setting up DNS and configuring your owner portal.
